Orders & Delivery
After purchase, your recipe PDF is automatically sent to the email you used at checkout. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.
Delivery is instant — the moment your payment is confirmed, the PDF is emailed to you. There is no waiting or shipping.
Please contact us at hello@thecookiedoughchronicles.com immediately. We will do our best to resend to the correct address, but we cannot guarantee resends due to our no-refund policy.
Files are sent one time only. Please save and back up your PDF immediately after downloading. We are not responsible for lost, deleted, or inaccessible files.
Payments
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe, and PayPal. Both are secure and encrypted.
Yes. We use Stripe and PayPal — we never store your full card details. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
Yes — Stripe checkout supports Apple Pay and Google Pay where available on your device.

NDA & Legal
Before every purchase, you must agree to our Confidential Recipe Agreement. This means you will not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell the recipe in any form.
Yes! You are permitted to use the recipe to bake and sell finished goods (cookies, baked goods, etc.) in your own business. You just cannot share the recipe itself.
No. You may not use our recipes in classes, workshops, ebooks, or any educational or commercial digital product.
Unauthorized sharing is a violation of our agreement and may result in legal action. All our recipes are watermarked and tracked.
Subscription
For $9.99/month, you receive new exclusive recipes every month, access to our private Facebook group, member discounts, and early access to new releases.
You will receive your first recipe drop immediately after subscribing. New recipes are sent on the 1st of each month.
Yes — you can cancel anytime from your My Account page. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Yes, the subscription renews automatically each month. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal.
Refunds & Policies
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or returns once a recipe has been purchased.
Unfortunately we cannot process refunds for accidental purchases. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.
Because our products are digital files that are delivered instantly, there is no way to "return" them. This policy is clearly stated during checkout and you must agree to it before purchasing.
No. All purchases are final and non-exchangeable. Please browse our shop carefully and read the product descriptions before purchasing.
